What happens then is simple, you're being thrown out of the user interface and shoved into a command console given one totally dumbed down error message. Stating that an operating can't crash is ridiculous. A BSOD won't show up unless the error is extremely critical and the system is unable to restore itself. That's when people call a technician and the BSOD helps him/her out. Genius.

Apr 11, 2010 - @blacktronic Dear Friend ubuntu is designed for general purpose, try ubuntu server and let's see if it's easy to crash. and applications dont crash for exampl if it say [ if(0)exit else play] it wont crash. and that is why linux is more stable, it uses the straight path programing methodology, it do not run to servers for evry stuff it need. and the error given by linux is verry brief coz the error can be corrected by user, no tecnician required . atleast i don get KERNEL NOT FOUND at start up

In case you think I'm some sort of unexperienced user, check out my "Microsoft Office - Genuine Notification Remover v1.26" video. I know how to program and I know what I want. Windows 7 just works and does everything I need it to do. Something Linux can't provide. Don't start about Wine, cause that's not too much of a help. Enjoy Linux mate...

Apr 21, 2010 - Vista is a steaming pile of dogshit. In fact it's so bad our IT dept moved onto 7 while leaving us poor bastards on Vista. For a while I thought the product had been renamed "Not Responding". There are some improvements though - I prefer the white screen of death to the blue one. Didn't think I'd ever find myself agreeing with Hitler but I'll never buy another Microsoft product ever. Windows XP for me until they pull support, then back to 98 or onto a Mac. Fuck Vista. I want compensation.
